Cancellations of services
Hometech of Harrogate Ltd and Hometech Electrics Ltd will accept cancellations of service-only bookings that are made more than 24 hours in advance of the proposed delivery time, without charge.
Special order items
Hometech of Harrogate Ltd and Hometech Electrics Ltd reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price for all special order items that are cancelled.
Products or Services that do not meet your expectations
In the unlikely event that the goods or services you have received are not fit for purpose they were intended, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, detailing your concerns and we will formulate a plan for the rectification of the fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.
